$450,000 Settlement Following Vehicle Collision

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 51-year-old woman, who was fully stopped on an exit ramp on Route 280 when she was rear-ended. The accident caused neck and lower back injuries that required chiropractic care, pain management and eventually surgery on her lower back. The case settled for a total amount of $450,000.
