Qualifications:
· Minimum of 4+ years of experience in family law
· Admission to practice in New Jersey is required
· Family law clerkship experience is strongly preferred

Our Trust, Wills, Estates and Taxation Group is seeking a full-time Associate interested in working with a fast-paced Trusts & Estates Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and engaging matters, including estate planning, estate administration, and estate/trust litigation.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and/or fiduciary litigation
· Admission to practice in New Jersey is required
· Proven skills in legal research, writing, analysis, and interpersonal communication
· A portable book of business is not required.

Our Real Estate Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal with a focus on Real Estate Law. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with transactions, document preparation, due diligence, and client communications related to commercial real estate and land zoning matters.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role, with direct experience in real estate law and/or land zoning
· Notary Public Certification (optional but highly preferred)
· Familiarity with title, escrow, and closing procedures as well as the whole real estate transaction process
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
