Sydney Orr is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. She represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate including leases, purchases and sales, land use and zoning, title disputes, and landlord/tenant issues.
After earning her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Sydney practiced municipal and real estate law in New Jersey, where she gained experience drafting and amending municipalities’, planning boards’, and zoning boards’ resolutions and ordinances, preparing contracts for clients utilizing redevelopment, land use, fair housing and real estate laws, as well as agreements of sale, deeds, and other real estate closing documents. Sydney is also skilled at analyzing Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) requests. As a law student, Sydney was a Legal Fellow of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law, worked in the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship, and served as President of the Black Law Student Association. She earned her B.A. from Pepperdine University.
