Pravin A. Persaud is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group where he represents businesses in breach of contract claims, collection actions, corporate and partnership conflicts, and business dissolutions, among other commercial disputes.
Before joining private practice, Pravin clerked for the Honorable John G. Hudak of the Civil Division of the Union County Superior Court. He also externed for the Honorable Thomas M. Moore (ret.), Chief Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Essex County.
While earning his J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law, Pravin served as a student attorney in the civil litigation clinic at the law school’s Center for Social Justice, where he provided legal representation to underserved members of the community. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from The College of New Jersey.
