Nicholas Willette is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group where he represents businesses and insured clients in civil and general liability matters in New Jersey state courts.
Before practicing at a litigation defense firm, Nicholas served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alberto Santos, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage.
While attending the Rutgers University School of Law, Nicholas was a member of the Rutgers Newark Housing Clinic where he represented Section 8 residents facing eviction and gained experience in real estate law and litigation. He also worked in the Forfeitures Department of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office during law school. Nicholas earned his B.A. from Rutgers University.
