Denville Law Firm Sponsors Middle School Mock Trial Team For The 4th Consecutive Year

Denville—On November 18, 2013, for the fourth consecutive year, Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC announced their firm’s sponsorship and mentorship of the Valleyview Middle School’s Mock Trial Club. At a meeting of the Township of Denville Board of Education, held at the Riverview Elementary School in front of a large audience, Mr. Theodore E.B. Einhorn, Esq., founding member of the law firm, presented a check to John Paragian, President of the Denville Board of Education and Mark S. Hoffman, Valleyview Mock Trial Club faculty advisor to fund the program for the children.

Night Court At Valleyview Middle School
June 26, 2013 | Results may vary depending on your particular facts and legal circumstances. Denville, NJ — On June 11, 2013, almost two dozen Valleyview Middle Schools Students went to court. Well, sort of. The Valleyview Middle School’s Mock Trial club once again held their own “Night Court at Valleyview” mock trials. During the course of the school year, the students created and wrote the facts of each case as well as the testimony of the witnesses for both sides of the argument. On that Tuesday evening they presented each case to a jury consisting of their peers, parents, faculty and administration.

For Third Straight Year Denville Law Firm Mentors Middle School Mock Trial Team
October 25, 2012 | Results may vary depending on your particular facts and legal circumstances. For the third straight year, Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC announced their firm’s sponsorship and mentorship of the Valley View Middle School’s Mock Trial team. At a Township of Denville Board of Education meeting on October 22, 2012, Mr. Theodore E.B. Einhorn, Esq., founding member of the firm, presented the Denville Superintendent of Schools, Catherine Mozak, with a check to subsidize the program. As a result of the firm’s sponsorship, those students who participate in Mock Trial only are not required to pay the student extra curricular fee.
On Tuesday, June 19, 2012 two of Einhorn Barbarito’ attorneys will be participating in a panel discussion for the Morris County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Committee entitled “What is Acceptable”.
