Jhanice V. Domingo Appointed to New Jersey Bar Leadership CommitteesOctober 4, 2021
Jhanice V. Domingo has been appointed to a one-year term on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Section and reappointed to a two-year term on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Family Practice Committee.
“I’m proud of the exceptional work our firm does in the area of family law and am honored to serve on two very important committees helping shape family law in the state of New Jersey,” said Domingo.
The New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Section is dedicated to improving the practice of family law through effective interaction with the family courts and by keeping members informed regarding current legislation and regulations.
The New Jersey Supreme Court’s Family Practice Committee reviews family court procedures and provides recommended amendments to the Rules of Court in order to clarify and ultimately improve the procedures in family courts.
Domingo is a Partner, Board Member, and Diversity Chair at Einhorn Barbarito. She focuses her practice on family law and litigation and frequently handles complex, high-conflict family law cases and high-asset divorce matters requiring complicated business valuations, complex analysis of executive compensations, and financial forensic evaluations. Domingo is a former Somerset County Assistant Prosecutor. She is also a Court-approved family law mediator and handles Court-appointed and private mediations in addition to her family law litigation practice.
