A couple, both now in their 50s, were divorced in 2007 after 22 years of marriage and our client has been paying alimony to his ex-wife ever since.

However, following the enactment of New Jersey’s Alimony Reform Act in September 2014 – Einhorn Barbarito Partner, Thomas J. Snyder has been pressing his battle to terminate his client’s obligation to pay alimony, because the ex-wife has a boyfriend.
