(DENVILLE, N.J. – January 21, 2020) – Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC is pleased to announce that Alejandra Gutierrez has joined the firm as an associate in the Family/Matrimonial Law Practice group. Gutierrez most recently served as a law clerk to The Honorable Mark A. Baber, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
During her clerkship with the Honorable Mark A. Baber, J.S.C., in the family division, Alejandra honed her knowledge in domestic violence, best interest of the child factors and other relevant standards needed to be weighed in order to establish custody, as well as parenting time and child support. She has also served as a law clerk to The Honorable Anne Marie Bramnick, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey in the Family Division where she focused on domestic violence issues, changes in law regarding decisions of child custody, relevant standards for relocation and third-party custody cases.

Gutierrez earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2017, and her B.S. in criminal justice from Kean University in 2013. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association and American Bar Association. Gutierrez is also fluent in Spanish.
