Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick announced that Brian D. Kenney, counsel in the firm’s criminal practice group, was named co-chair of the Morris County Bar Association’s Criminal Committee. Kenney said in a statement, ”I look forward to sharing this role with Maggie Calderwood, who is currently the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office chief assistant prosecutor, and was a colleague of mine there before I went into private practice.” Kenney is on the board of trustees for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Criminal Law Section. A former Morris County assistant prosecutor, Kenney handles cases from initial investigation or arrest through trial and appeal, and represents clients in municipal court. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his B.A. from King’s College. He clerked for Morris County Assignment Judge B. Theodore Bozonelis in Morristown. He was an assistant prosecutor from 2002 to 2005, and again from 2013 to 2018. He also practiced at Nuzzi & Mason.
