Plaintiff, fifty-eight (58) years of age at the time of this accident, was struck, head-on, when Defendant, negligently, carelessly, and recklessly operated the aforesaid motor vehicle by failing to maintain directional control of his vehicle, failing to make proper observations, and/or otherwise failing to take evasive action causing him to lose control of his vehicle, crossover the double yellow lines, enter Plaintiff’s lane of travel.
