Two Einhorn Barbarito Partners To Present Seminar To The Estate Planning Council Of New York City
January 7, 2014On January 9, 2014, Patricia M. Barbarito, Esq. & Gary R. Botwinick, Esq., partners with the law firm of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, located in Denville, New Jersey, will present a seminar for the Estate Planning Council of New York City entitled “From Romance to Ruin . . . Estate Planning Issues Before, During and After the Divorce.” The seminar will be held at The Yale Club in the evening.
Ms. Barbarito & Mr. Botwinick recently presented this program to the members of the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council. Due to the overwhelming response to the program, they were asked to present to the New York City counterpart of the organization. The seminar provides continuing education credits to attorneys, certified financial planners, insurance professionals and accountants. Ms. Barbarito and Mr. Botwinick identify practical estate planning strategies to consider prior to a marriage, during a marriage but prior to filing for divorce, at all stages of a divorce and after the conclusion of a divorce action.
