Einhorn Barbarito Elevates Two to Counsel

Einhorn Barbarito is pleased to announce the promotion of two attorneys to the position of Counsel effective January 1, 2017: James M. DeStefano and Stanley J. Zator.

James M. DeStefano joined Einhorn Barbarito as an Associate in 2011 after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, J.S.C., Sussex County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Division.  DeStefano focuses his practice in family law, handling diverse matters including divorce litigation, alimony, child support, custody, domestic violence and juvenile delinquency.  DeStefano graduated cum laude, with a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in 2007 and cum laude with a J.D. from New York School of Law in 2010.

Stanley J. Zator joined Einhorn Barbarito in 2012 as an Associate with the firm’s Personal Injury Department focusing on matters involving products liability, medical malpractice, work-related accidents, slip and falls, dog-bite cases and automobile accidents.  Zator, who is in the National History Honor Society, received his B.A. in 2006 from Seton Hall University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010.
