After law school, Jillian served as a clerk for the Honorable Nancy Sivilli, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family/Criminal Division. During this time, she performed legal research on issues related to child support, custody, spousal support, and Wade hearings. She was also called upon to assist with drafting judicial orders for both family and criminal matters.
Following her clerkship Jillian has worked as an associate at law firms in New Jersey, growing her breadth of experience in various types of litigation.
While attending law school, Jillian served as Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. She also served as secretary of the Employment Law Forum and treasurer for the Family Law Society.
