Botwinick, Co-Managing Partner and Chair of Einhorn Barbarito’s Wills, Trusts & Estates and Taxation practice groups, is speaking at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s webinar on “Estate Planning for Family Lawyers” on April 5, 2022. The webinar will cover how estate planning and family law intermingle and will equip family law attorneys with information on how to advise their clients on how marriage and divorce can impact estate planning.
The panel will address basics including tax exemptions, marital deductions, annual exclusions, gift splitting, equitable distribution, joint income tax returns, as well as the use of trusts in family law and other issues to address in estate planning.
