Linda Torosian Joins Family/Matrimonial Practice at Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC

Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, is pleased to announce that Linda Torosian has joined as an associate in the firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice.

“Linda is a highly-regarded family law attorney with a unique background in counseling, adoption, and LGBTQ family issues. Her knowledge provides an added dimension for our clients, and we are very pleased to welcome her to the firm,” said Matheu Nunn, co-chair of the firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice.

Torosian handles a wide range of family law matters including complex litigation involving significant assets, business evaluations, and high conflict custody and vitiation issues. She also focuses on the legal needs of the LGBTQ community including same sex adoptions and issues related to the dissolution of a same sex marriage.

Prior to earning her J.D. from New York School, Torosian spent several years as a family therapist, mental health clinician, and a counselor specializing in family evaluations and recommendations on parental rights and child custody. She draws on this background to provide attentive and compassionate service for her clients and advocate for them whether in litigation or negotiation. Torosian has been recognized in the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2019 and is a member of the New Jersey State and Bergen Bar Associations. She also serves as a member of the Bergen County LGBTQ Advisory Committee.
