Einhorn Barbarito Announces Four New Partners

Einhorn Barbarito recently announced the appointment of four new partners effective January 1, 2016: Jhanice V. Domingo, Cimmerian A. Morgan, Timothy J. Ford, and Matheu D. Nunn.

Barbarito, Managing Partner at Einhorn Barbarito. “Each one of them has gone above and beyond for their clients which reflects the level of commitment and dedication that is a hallmark of our firm. We look forward to all of their future successes,” she says.

Cimmerian A. Morgan joined Einhorn Barbarito as an Associate in 2006. In 2013 he was promoted to Counsel and currently focuses his practice in family law, divorce and domestic relations. Morgan received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 2005. Prior to joining the Firm, he completed a clerkship with the Honorable Julie M. Marino, J.S.C., Somerset County Superior Court in 2006. Morgan was named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2010-2011 and 2013-2015.

Timothy J. Ford joined Einhorn Barbarito in 2007 as an Associate and was elevated to Counsel in 2014. Ford focuses his practice in closely held business/corporate law, commercial litigation and employment, and is the author of the Firm’s quarterly Assisted Living newsletter. He graduated from The College of New Jersey with his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude, in 2003 and received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, Union University in 2006. Ford was named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2012-2015 and is a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association.

Matheu D. Nunn joined Einhorn Barbarito as an Associate in 2011. Nunn focuses his practice in appellate and family law. Nunn formerly served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Morris County and as the Municipal Prosecutor for Morris Township. Nunn is a 2003 graduate of the University of Delaware and received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law in 2007, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. Nunn clerked for the Honorable B. Theodore Bozonelis, A.J.S.C. (ret.) and also for the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, P.J.A.D. Nunn is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected by the New Jersey Law Journal as a “New Leader of the Bar.” Nunn also serves as an elected official for Morris Township and a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association.

Jhanice V. Domingo, who focuses her practice in family law, joined Einhorn Barbarito in 2006 as an Associate and was promoted to Counsel in 2012. Domingo earned degrees in psychology and women’s studies from Boston College in 1999, and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002. Prior to joining the Firm, she completed a clerkship with the Honorable Joseph P. Donohue, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Union County and served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office. Domingo is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected by the New Jersey Law Journal as a “New Leader of the Bar.” Domingo is the Immediate Past President of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey, President-Elect of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association, and is fluent in Tagalog.
