(DENVILLE, N.J. – April 5, 2021) – Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, is pleased to announce that Samantha Rocco has joined the firm as an associate in the Taxation and Wills, Trusts & Estates practice groups.
“We are very pleased to welcome Samantha to our team,” said Gary R. Botwinick, Einhorn Barbarito co-managing partner and chair of the firm’s Wills, Trusts & Estates and Taxation practice groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Rocco was an associate at Milbank LLP in New York, where she gained exposure to finance, mergers and acquisitions, collateralized loan obligations, debt and equity capital markets and various complex tax matters. Previously, she was a law clerk for the Hon. Rudolph A. Filko, P.J.F.P. where she researched and analyzed state statutes and case law; drafted opinions, orders and decisions; and led consent conferences for landlord tenant and non-dissolution (FD) matters. She also interned at the Law Offices of Kelly Berton Rocco, with a focus on adoptions, divorces and other family law matters.
Rocco received her J.D. (summa cum laude) from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and her Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) from Manhattan College. Rocco is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and New York Bar. She has a proficiency in spoken and written Italian.
