Einhorn Barbarito Frost & Botwinick Partner Bonnie C. Frost Named Co-Chair of New Jersey State Bar Association Ethics Diversionary Committee

Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC is pleased to announce that Bonnie C. Frost has been appointed as the co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Ethics Diversionary Committee.

The Bar Association Ethics Diversionary Committee has been authorized by the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics to present an ethics program to attorneys charged with minor misconduct who agreed to diversion under R 1:2-3(i)(2). Twice a year, the Committee speaks to an audience of approximately forty attorneys to offer a review, deeper understanding, and practical solutions to common ethical problems in an effort to help attorneys not repeat their ethical mistakes.

Frost, who joined Einhorn Barbarito in 1985, practices family law including divorce, custody, domestic violence, and paternity issues. She is an approved Supreme Court of New Jersey family law mediator, handling both court appointed and private mediation, as well as a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney and a Fellow of The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

She has been a member of the State Bar Family Law Executive Committee since 1994 and has been involved in the ethics system in New Jersey since 1991, including serving as Chair of the Disciplinary Review Board, the intermediate appellate body for the statewide attorney disciplinary system.

Frost earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984, her M.Ed. from Rutgers University and her B.A. from Rutgers University, Douglass College. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer since 2005; by the New Jersey Bar Association with the Clapp Award for Excellence in CLE and the Saul A. Tischler Award; and by The National Trial Lawyer as one of its Top Ten Trial Lawyers.
