February 25, 2022

Christopher L. Musmanno, Chair of Einhorn Barbarito Frost & Botwinick PC’s Accidents/Personal Injury Practice Group spoke with the New Jersey Herald about the head-on collision which took place on Route 46 east in Mt. Olive in October 2021. Musmanno’s client, who had been in the front passenger seat at the time of the accident, is suing the estate of the driver, who was killed in the accident.  The lawsuit, filed in state Superior Court in Morris County, seeks unspecified damages for pain and suffering as well as costs for medical treatment. Musmanno indicated that his client will be “emotionally and physically scarred for life,” after sustaining extreme injuries that have left him without normal function of his left hand and left arm.
