Bonnie C. Frost to Speak at NJICLE Webinar on Ethics With “Takeaways from To Kill A Mockingbird: Advancing Civility And Professionalism In The Practice Of Law”
January 12, 2023Einhorn Barbarito Partner Bonnie Frost, Esq., will be a panelist on the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s (NJICLE) webinar “Takeaways from To Kill A Mockingbird: Advancing Civility And Professionalism In The Practice Of Law” on January 24, 2023.
Bonnie will be presenting alongside Roy D. Curnow from the Law Offices of Roy D. Curnow, Will Sylianteng from WES Litigation Group LLC, and David Edelberg from Scarinci Hollenbeck. The panel will explore the importance of being a professionally responsible lawyer against the backdrop of To Kill a Mockingbird’s Atticus Finch and discuss representing clients diligently without compromising principles, the role of the citizen-lawyer in society, and recent developments in New Jersey ethics decisions. Bonnie is currently a Member of the Committee on Attorney Advertising, Supreme Court of New Jersey. She is the Present Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Disciplinary Diversionary Committee and served on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 13 years, acting as its chair from 2013 to 2019. She is a 2016 Clapp Laureate; Past Chair, NJSBA Appellate Practice Committee; and 2012 Tischler Award Recipient. In addition, she is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Attorney and is a Fellow of The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit for ethics/professionalism.
