Bonnie C. Frost To Moderate The NJSBA 2021 Annual Meeting Webcast, “Moving Your Case In The Appellate Division”

On May 20, 2021, Bonnie C. Frost will be moderating the NJSBA 2021 Annual Meeting – Civil Litigation Track Webcast, “Moving Your Case in the Appellate Division.”  Appellate Division judges and experienced practitioners will address motions in the Appellate Division, including applications for leave to appeal (interlocutory orders) and other means to efficiently proceed before the Appellate Division. The program anticipates a review of unusual and sometimes troublesome fact patterns to generate discussion between the panelists, as well as questions from participants.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for:

NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 1.5 credits (50 minute hour)
NY CLE (Non-transitional): 1.5 professional practice credits
