$500,000 Total Settlement In Motorcycle Accident

Plaintiff, age sixty-nine (69) years of age at the time of this accident, was operating a motorcycle, intending to head straight. Defendant attempted to make a left turn in front of Plaintiff’s path. Plaintiff was thrown to the ground and suffered a traumatic brain injury with severe and permanent psychological damage, including PTSD, depression and anxiety; a clonic-tonic seizure and as a result was placed in a medically induced coma and remained in the ICU for eight (8) days; fractures of his hand which required surgery, rib fractures and various contusions. The case settled for a total amount of $ 500,000.00.
