$325,000 Settlement In Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, thirty-eight (38) years of age at the time of this accident, was a passenger in a Gray, 2005 Acura MDX motor vehicle, which was traveling northbound on S. FER Boulevard, Harrison, New Jersey. At the aforesaid time and place, Defendant was the operator of a Black, 2013 BMW 528I SUV, while working for ride-sharing company. Defendant, while exiting out of a parking lot making a left turn onto southbound FER Boulevard, failed to make proper observations and take evasive actions, striking the vehicle in which Plaintiff was a passenger, causing the front passenger airbag to activate. As a result of this accident, Plaintiff sustained neck and lower back injuries. He underwent a decompression and fusion procedure in his lower back. The case settled for a total amount of $ 325,000.00.
