$295,000 Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident Involving Tractor Trailer

Plaintiff, age sixty-three (63) years of age at the time of this accident, was operating a vehicle which was struck by tractor trailer in Linden, NJ. As a result of the impact, Plaintiff was propelled into a concrete barrier and another vehicle.  The investigating police officer found that the Defendant caused the accident due to his driver inattention and improper lane change.  Plaintiff attempted conservative treatment for injuries to his lower back, neck and shoulders. However, his lower back pain required surgical intervention.  The case settled for a total amount of $ 295,000.00.
