$295,000 Settlement Following Failure to Yield Right of Way

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of Plaintiff, age 33, who was injured when another driver failed to yield right of way while merging onto Interstate 280. The accident caused Plaintiff’s vehicle to roll over in the median causing severe injuries and aggravations to a pre-existing back injury. Plaintiff was out of work for several weeks and had to undergo surgery to heal the injuries he sustained because of the accident. The case settled for a total amount of $295,000.
