$250,000 Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, age thirty-three (33) years of age at the time of this accident, was struck by a vehicle who attempted to pass her on the left. Plaintiff sustained injuries to her neck and lower back. Despite Plaintiff’ s diligent participation in conservative care, her neck pain failed to resolve. Plaintiff had continued complaints of neck pain which radiated into her upper back, shoulders, and arms. Plaintiff felt that her hands were getting weaker. Plaintiff ultimately underwent a neck surgery. The case settled for a total amount of $250,000.00
