Einhorn Barbarito Attorney, Jason Rittie, to present seminar on Landlord – Tenant Law
March 27, 2012On April 18th, 2012, Jason R. Rittie, Esq. from Law firm of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, located in Denville, New Jersey, along with other counsel, will be presenting a full day, comprehensive seminar for the Sterling Education Services, Inc. entitled: Landlord – Tenant Law: Surviving in a Difficult Economy. The seminar will be held at the Holiday Inn, Parsippany from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
The seminar will focus on practical strategies the audience needs to know when handling landlord tenant issues, including leases, tenant’s rights, landlord’s rights, and bankruptcy. Mr. Rittie will be specifically speaking on how to comply with State and Federal laws when drafting leases and how to prevent tenant issues. Mr. Rittie will also cover landlord’s rights and options when a lease transaction fails, including evictions and contract disputes.
The seminar is open to attorneys and all types of real estate professionals (including property managers, building managers, housing authorities, developers, building owners, landlords, tenants and leasing agents). Continuing Legal Education credit will be provided for attorneys in New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Pennsylvania, and Continuing Education credits for BOMI International Real Property Administrator, Facilities Management Administrator and/or Systems Maintenance Administrator graduates.
