Two Einhorn Barbarito Attorneys Educate Young Lawyers On What’s Appropriate In Court

On Tuesday, June 19, 2012 two of Einhorn Barbarito’ attorneys will be participating in a panel discussion for the Morris County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Committee entitled “What is Acceptable”.

Timothy J. Ford, Esq., a member of the Closely Held Business Practice of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, and co-chair of the Young Lawyers Committee.  Mr. Ford, along with his co-chair, Melissa Ruvolo, Esq., will be moderating a panel of judges and attorneys from the different court divisions in Morris County, New Jersey.  the panel includes judges and attorneys from the Family, Civil and Criminal Courts.

Joining the panel from the Judiciary are Morris County Assignment Judge, Thomas L. Weisenbeck; Superior Court Judge David B. Rand, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division; Superior Court Judge David H. Ironson from the Criminal Division; and Superior Court Judge Mary Gibbons Whipple from the Matrimonial Division. Distinguished members of the bar Mark Wechsler, Esq., James M. Porfido, Esq. and Lewis Stein, Esq. will join the panel speaking on  substantive issues in the areas of matrimonial, criminal and civil law, respectively.

The program is being used to educate young lawyers about the expectations  respecting appropriate courtroom procedures and etiquette, appropriate filings with the Court, ethics and professionalism.  Continuing Legal Education credits will be provided for attorneys in the area of ethics.

Mr. Wechsler is a partner in Einhorn Barbarito’ Matrimonial Department and will be speaking with the Honorable Mary Gibbons Whipple, a Judge of the Superior Court, Morris County, Family Division.  Judge Whipple and Mr. Wechsler will be speaking on the areas of matrimonial practice and procedure as well as ethics and professionalism.  Mark Wechsler, Esq. has been practicing Matrimonial and Family law for more than 20 years.  He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial law attorney; is president-elect of the Morris County Bar Association, and was recently appointed to the very prestigious National Trial Lawyers Association.

Timothy J. Ford, Esq. is an Associate with the Firm.  He concentrates in several areas of law, and primarily in employment law and commercial litigation, representing both individuals and businesses.  Mr. Ford represents private and public employees in New Jersey State and Federal Courts as well as various Administrative Courts and agencies throughout the State of New Jersey. His representation includes matters involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, employment contracts and restrictive covenants, employee benefits, wrongful termination and sexual harassment.  Mr. Ford also litigates business disputes, estates and construction matters.
