Morris County Attorney, Timothy J. Ford, Esq. Appointed To NJ Supreme Court Advisory Subcommittee

Denville, NJ  – – –  Timothy J. Ford, Esq., an associate in the Denville based law firm of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC has been appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Information Technology’s E-Filing and Access Subcommittee.

The subcommittee is being tasked with determining how to streamline the court processes and further the creation of paperless court system in New Jersey.   Currently, almost every division of the New Jersey Judiciary – civil, municipal, criminal, and family – have their own electronic case management systems for internal use by the judiciary.  The E-Filing and Access Subcommittee has been convened to advise and make recommendations for a comprehensive system that addresses all aspects of document filing, including case management, records management and public access and modernizes the judicial system of New Jersey.   This is all in an effort to make it more accessible, more transparent and more convenient for all users including the public.

Mr. Ford was recommended for membership and subsequently appointed to the committee by Judge Glenn A.
