Matheu Nunn Appointed to the State Bar Amicus Committee

Einhorn Barbarito is pleased to announce that Family Law Partner and Co-chair of the Firm’s Appellate Practice Group, Matheu D. Nunn, has been appointed to the New Jersey State Bar Amicus Committee.

The purpose of the Committee is to “review requests that the NJSBA become involved in matters presently pending before New Jersey and federal courts and recommend to the Board of Trustees whether the Association should appear as an amicus party in the litigation. Additionally, the Committee coordinates the effort to file briefs of the highest possible quality upon request of the Board.”
