Matheu D. Nunn Selected to New Jersey Law Journal’s “2015 New Leaders of the Bar”

Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC is pleased to announce that Matheu D. Nunn, Esq. has been selected for inclusion in the “2015 New Leaders of the Bar” list published annually by the New Jersey Law Journal.

As an Associate with the Firm, Mr. Nunn focuses his practice on matrimonial, appellate and criminal matters. He has been counsel of record in over 30 matters (including pending matters) before the Appellate Division or the Supreme Court of New Jersey. For example, Nunn was counsel in Clark v. Clark, in which the Appellate Division expanded the “narrow band” of “marital fault” cases to “egregious” financial “defalcations” of one spouse toward another during marriage and holding that where such egregious conduct exists, a spouse otherwise entitled to alimony may forgo that right based on his or her egregious conduct. In Quinn v. Quinn, Nunn represented the party whose petition was granted by the state Supreme Court regarding, among other things, enforceability of marital agreements that terminate alimony based on cohabitation where the cohabitation ceases.
