Matheu Nunn, a Partner and Co-Chair of Einhorn Barbarito Frost & Botwinick PC’s Family Law Practice, and Linda Torosian, Associate in the Family Law Practice, co-authored an article in the New Jersey Law Journal explaining why they would like a rule change allowing them to use prior instances of untruthful conduct to attack the other party’s character for untruthfulness.
