Nunn, Esq. co-authored an article with Jeralyn Lawrence (Principal of Lawrence Law) discussing child relocation following parental separation or divorce. “Child Relocation: Case Law, Social Science, and Practice Implications” explores the changing domestic case law in child relocation matters, summarizes the social science in this sphere, and provides guidance for judges, attorneys, psychologists, and litigants involved in relocation disputes.
